The project “Consulting for FPC Bohemia s.r.o. during certification according to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001” aimed to increase the company’s competitiveness by obtaining the necessary certificates in quality management and information security management. Project Summary
FPC Bohemia s.r.o. needs certification in quality management and information security management (ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN EN ISO / IEC 27001) to sustain its business and enhance its competitiveness. Without these certifications, the company risks losing contracts and ultimately ceasing operations. Due to a lack of expertise, FPC Bohemia s.r.o. prepared for certification with the support of a specialized consulting firm.
Main Objectives of the Project
- Define and establish processes required by ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
- Prepare necessary documentation (policies, regulations, guidelines)
- Define and establish a system for evaluating the performance of the management system
- Prepare the company for the certification audit
- Obtain certification according to EN ISO 9001
- Obtain certification according to EN ISO / IEC 27001
